Wine Tasting: Ventura Style

Why drive an extra hour further when you could stop in Ventura and experience wines from around the world. Weaver Wines features Wine tasting everyday from opening until 8pm. You can taste all whites, whites and reds, all reds, premium wines or vintage Napa 1979 to 1982 Cabernets (weekends). Wine tasting at Weaver Wines changes daily and offers wines from many regions of the world, all pricepoints, several styles, many varietals and bunches of fun. Price for tastings $10 to $20

Vintage Napa

Experience Vintage Napa Cabernets and blends. If you have never experienced a vintage wine, this is your chance. We will be featuring 3 of our wines from a collection of 1979 to 1992 Napa Cabs. This is an amazing opportunity to experience old school Napa Style with elegant flavors and classic aromas. Join us anytime between 3 - 6pm and taste 3 wines for $20 RSVP if you can please.

Pizza Party

Its another Pizza Party ! Since these parties are such a hit we thought we would have another. Join us for a slice of pizza or a whole pie from Jimmy's Slice the new downtown pizza place. $3.50 a slice. or a whole pizza for $23 (3 toppings)

Wine & Wisdom Events

Join us for a Wine & Wisdom event which is a more formal tasting where we feature a winery or wine region with a Wine Specialist, Winemaker or Wine Diva who will give you more detailed notes and information on the wines being poured. We will also feature tastings of a gourmet goodie that we sell at the store. These events gather people closer and create an opportunity to talk about the wines and the experiences they have had with wine.

Locals Nite - Taste Wine and Oils from local producers

Locals nite is an opportunity to taste Wine made locally and taste oils and other gourmet goodies made and grown locally. We are proud to announce that we are the new Ventura Tasting Room for Casa Barranca Organic Wines from Ojai. We will be featuring 4 of their wines as well as 2 of Ojai Ridge wines this friday nite and more to come. Join us this friday anytime between 5-8pm Cost for tasting is $15 for 6 wines.

International Wine Tasting with Grand Dames CookBook Signing Party

The Rubicon Theatre Grand Dames would like to invite you to a CookBook signing party with Linda Purl and other contributors. Join us at Weaver Wines in Support of the Rubicon Theatres 10th Anniversary and the International Theatre Festival. The Cookbook is a compilation of incredible recipes from Theatre performers, Equity Actors, Grand Dames and more. Actress Linda Purl will join us at approx. 3-5pm for signings. The CookBook is for sale for $25. Wine Tasting will be $15 for 6 tastes from around the world. No Reservations Required
