May 30th, the streets of downtown Ventura will become a sexy, glamorous, girl-empowered, martini, wine and fashion fest.
The ladies will receive their custom-made "FAB Bag" filled with $60 worth of fabulous gifts, head off to pre-parties at
several downtown Ventura women-owned businesses for cocktails, compete in Sex and the City character look-alike contests
and munch on little nibblies as they are entertained by street musicians, eat hotdogs off the cart, observe live models
in the shop windows and a light show & more.
Afterward, the group will enjoy a private screening of the highly anticipated "Sex and the City" movie and then enjoy a
wrap party at the Aqua Lounge at the Crowne Plaza. Men are encouraged to participate!
Tickets for this empowering event start at only $125.
Wine and Food Festival
It's been a year already? Woo Hoo! Its time for the Casa Pacifica Angels 15th Annual Wine and Food Festival.
If you haven't been this is a must-go-to. It's held at the Cal State Univ. at Channel Islands and features over 100
California Wineries and Microbreweries and more than 50 of Ventura County’s hottest Restaurants Live Entertainment,
Silent and Live Auctions. We are soooo excited at Weaver Wines so join us June 1st (Sun.). We will be there pouring
so many great wines.
It is such a fun day; sun, food, wine, and 2000 of your closest friends all contributing to such a good cause.
You can purchase tickets at Weaver Wines for $75 until May 23 or buy at the event on event day for $90.
Weaver Wines Goes International
Wednesday March 22, 2006 the English invasion came to Weaver Wines to shoot a small bit for a travel show that will air
in England and several other countries in Europe. We had a really great time, thanks to the

for bringing them in. I got to brush up on my English with Simon (the host of the show -
center of pic) and we talked about the phenomenon of
English celebs being named Simon, the amazing amount of good wine being produced in the US, and the amazing amount we
were able to consume in one afternoon. Thanks to everyone who showed up.
