About The Wines We Carry

I know we have said this but we have over 200 different wines from all over the world, from Santa Barbara to Napa to Chile to South Africa to France to Australia to Oregon to New Zealand, to....well, anywhere there is good wine.

Library Wines

We carry library and collectors' wines from the Napa area. These are one-of-a-kind and very hard if not impossible to find outside of our store. We have connections to collectors all over and bring in 1979 to 1992 Napa Cabernets. There are choice selections like: :

• 1988 Inglenook Pinot Noir
• 1988 Quail Ridge Dark Sonnet (Meritage)
• 1985 Inglenook Reunion

Every day we offer a tasting flight of 6 wines (generally 3 white and 3 red) that we select based on a whole bunch of criteria; requests from customers, good finds that are not well known, something we want to taste as well, etc. However, if you see something you like on our racks you can take it home or enjoy it in the store. Order a cheese plate and make it a party with your friends.

We want to reiterate that we think wine can and should be enjoyed by all, not just the wine "expert". Having fun experiences with wine and the people that love wine is what Weaver Wines is all about. As with life, there is always more to learn about wine no matter how long the relationship. There are thousands of good wines in the world and I think a good goal would be to try every single one.
